Terms and conditions

    1. Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.
      For earlier Check-in time contact us please.

    2. The booking must be paid in advance.

    3. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

    4. Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.

    5. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.

    6. Cancellation conditions

      To confirm the reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.

Outside Services Policy

To ensure the highest quality of service both within and beyond our hotel premises, please be aware of our policy regarding services rendered outside the hotel. These services, which include, among others, translation services, external errands, and personalized assistance in the city, incur a fee of 39 Euros per hour + 21% VAT.

This hourly charge covers the time and effort of our dedicated staff to provide you with continuous support for your needs outside the hotel. Examples of these services include:

  • Translation Services: Assistance with language barriers during meetings, appointments, or personal interactions outside the hotel.

  • External Errands: Procurement of specific items, making reservations, or handling administrative tasks on your behalf in the city.

  • Personalized City Assistance: Accompanied visits to local attractions, shopping districts, or business appointments, where our staff acts as your guide or facilitator.

The hourly rate will be calculated from the moment our staff member departs from the hotel until their return. Any additional costs incurred (e.g., transportation, purchase costs) will be charged separately.

We recommend discussing your specific needs with our concierge team in advance to receive an estimated cost and ensure we can best accommodate your request. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and hassle-free stay, whether you’re inside or outside our doors.
